We are the member of Japan Used Tyre Exporter's Association, and obey the Grade Specifications.
| 1. | First life original & virgin casings. |
| 2. | No significant ozone & weather cracking. |
| 3. | No ply/belt/rubber separation. |
| 4. | No section repairs. |
| 5. | No exposed textile fabric/steel cord. |
| 6. | Maximum of two nail holes or similar type injuries up to 1/4" are allowable in the crown area only. |
| 7. | No sidewall damage |
| 8. | No bead damage or distortion. |
| 9. | No run-flat condition. |
| 1. | Section repairs are allowable. |
| 2. | Tread cuts into textile fabric/steel cord not exceeding one inch in diameter causing some rusting/corrosion are acceptable. |
| 3. | Maximum or four nail holes or similar type injuries up to 1/4" are allowable in the crown area only. |
| 4. | Minor injuries on the sidewall area not damaging textile fabric/steel cord are allowable. |
| 5. | Maximum of two damages to rubber only in the bead area, each less than two inch long are allowable. |
| 6. | All other conditions are the same as for Grade"A". |
| 1. | Previously retreaded casings. |
| 2. | Section repairs are allowable. |
| 3. | Minor injuries on the sidewall area not damaging textile fabric/steel cord are allowable. |
| 4. | All other conditions are the same as for Grade"A". |
